Jassi Bhai In, Confirms Siraj

To boost morale, India pacer Mohammed Siraj cleared one big uncertainty around the 4th Test by confirming the availability of Jasprit Bumrah for the Manchester Test. Bumrah is set to play alongside Siraj, and the squad has included Anshul Kamboj as an injury replacement, expected to be India’s 3rd pacer.

"Jassi bhai toh khelenge," (Jasprit Bumrah will definitely play) Siraj confirmed two days before the start of the match. That is what I know as of now. The combination is changing day by day, so our plan is to see what is best for the team. Akash Deep has picked up a groin strain. He bowled in the morning, but the final call will be taken closer to the start of the match. Anshul has also come in, rightly, after Arshdeep Singh cut his finger," Siraj told reporters on Monday.

Bumrah’s Form and Possible India Lineup Updates

Bumrah has played two Tests in this series, taking two five-wicket hauls and is second on the wickets list with 12, behind Mohammed Siraj’s 13. The experienced pair has been resilient with both ball and bat in the Lord’s Tests, forming key partnerships with Ravindra Jadeja, although they fell short by 22 runs.
