In the 2025 North American T20 Cup, teams earn 2 points for a win. After the group stage, the top four teams on the points table will qualify for the semi-finals. The winners of the two semi-final matches will face off in the final on April 27, where the champions of the inaugural tournament will be crowned. In case two or more teams are tied on points, the team with the higher Net Run Rate (NRR) will advance.
