Virat Kohli and Khaleel Ahmed

Virat Kohli and Khaleel Ahmed were involved in a heated exchange during the post-match handshake, with Kohli and other RCB players exchanging words with Khaleel, the CSK left-arm seamer.

The match between CSK and RCB at Chepauk was nothing short of thrilling, as RCB defeated CSK for the first time in 18 years at this venue. The on-field battle was intense, especially with Khaleel Ahmed targeting Virat Kohli. The former RCB captain struggled to build his innings against Chennai Super Kings, with Khaleel bowling tight lines. He even came close to getting Kohli out with an LBW appeal, which was unfortunately missed because the ball was pitching outside leg stump.

Nonetheless, the rest of the RCB batters, from Captain Rajat Patidar to Tim David, delivered excellent performances, helping RCB set a formidable total. In response, CSK failed to chase down the target and lost the match by 50 runs.

In a video of the handshake, Khaleel was seen holding Virat’s hand, but Kohli appeared agitated and exchanged a few words with him. Netizens speculated that Kohli told Khaleel, "Now you are gone, son. Come back next time; I will hit sixes only."

In response, Khaleel, with a serious expression, told Kohli,

"Bhaiyya, bowling toh karne do dhang se," which translates to "Let me bowl properly." Earlier in the match, Khaleel had bowled a bouncer to Kohli, who dodged it and gave the bowler a fierce glare.

This confrontation has become a talking point of the match, and fans are eagerly awaiting the next encounter between these two players and their future matchups.
